Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase adult-use cannabis products. Adult-use cannabis products cannot be sold or delivered to individuals under twenty-one years of age.
How can I confirm my product is regulated?
Look for the universal OCM symbol on the packaging and verify the certificate of analysis (CoA) proving the product was lab tested.
Is there a purchase limit for delivery?
Adults 21+ can purchase up to three ounces (85 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, tinctures, edibles, vapes, etc.) in a single day.
How do I place a delivery order?
Delivery orders can be placed directly from our online menu. Browse, select your items, and choose Delivery at checkout.
Where can orders be delivered?
Deliveries must be made to a physical address within New York State — residential properties, short and long-term residencies, or private businesses. Deliveries are not permitted to public buildings, public spaces, parks, school grounds, day-care centers, houses of worship, or motor vehicles.
Is ID verification required?
Yes. When placing an order online, customers must attest they are 21+. At time of delivery, an additional ID check is carried out by the delivery employee to complete the order.
What counts as valid ID?
Any valid federal, state, or local government-issued ID with your age and photo — including IDNYC, a driver's license, non-driver ID card, US or foreign passport, or US armed forces ID.
What do I need to place a delivery order?
A smart device to place your order, a valid ID, an accepted payment method (no cash for delivery), and a physical residential or private business address in New York State.
Is cash accepted upon delivery?
No. All orders must be pre-paid on our website prior to delivery.
Can I use my loyalty points on a delivery order?
Yes, we will redeem points in store when the delivery is processed. Please remember to include a note at checkout requesting loyalty points be applied when applicable.
How do I track my delivery?
Keep your phone on with sound enabled — we'll contact you via text message with updates. You can also track your order status through the activity page of your profile.
Is a signature required?
Yes. ID verification and a signature from the customer is required for every delivery order.
What is the delivery fee and minimum?
There is a flat $6 delivery fee. A minimum purchase of $50 is required. We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of our dispensary.
